Very annoying how they can just pretend antifa doesn't exist and ignore hours of footage of them throwing explosive fireworks at police and rioting day in and out. Not to mention Portland has declined considerably, but we're just making things up. I don't know how the public can be so naïve and easily persuaded against the truth. Am I just endowed with superior bullshit detector and an interest in actually knowing the truth or are those that aren't "online" just too trustworthy of traditional media sources?

the only decline in portland (assuming you’ve ever been, even once) is the downtown core is a bit more hollowed out after covid. you are fed lies online and gobble them up like a pig. hope that helps.

My partner's thought the first time he went to Portland for business (probably 25 years ago) -- when the Downtown was very nice -- was that there must be a lot of inbreeding.

Apparently, that's only grown worse ...

They aren't standing up to "fascism." They're just wasting other people's time and money on destruction and anarchy. They are major losers. Obese, weird and ugly. Out in public without clothing. Ugh. Can't unsee that disgusting parade of madness. They should be in jail or mental institutions.

Of course, it is possible that the Antifa rioters in Portland and other locations where sustained riots occur are all amateurs with day jobs whose social lives are based on their politics. However, sustaining a riot a night for 3 months or so implies funding and organization. Are you saying they all sleep on their paid gigs?

It is possible that the leaders are not formally appointed, but people are like chimps -- they very strongly tend to get leaders they docilely follow; you see that in practically every line of human activity.

A study of political science & history helps. There are two basic differences between absolute monarchism and fascism. (A) The monarchists have a program for replacing dictators. (B) Fascist parties have social justice programs. We do not have a fascist nor a monarchist movement in the USA.

champ, just go to the local news in Portland. stop reading your insane propaganda, look at the local news station.

no need to study history or anything else. you can simply look at the local news in Portland and find out none of what you're describing is happening.

Perhaps you're confused and recalling riots from many years ago. Please do not refer to other people as chimps when you confuse imaginary things you saw online with reality.

Sorry for any thread confusion. I thought I was talking to sevenseas jim.

For decades, the strategy of violent protesters has been to embed themselves in so-called non-violent protests, then snake to the front and start beating police, who are largely instructed to not fight back. I was in a training and "non-violent" march a few years back where the marchers all suddenly deviated from the permitted march area into a densely populated residential cut-through to their Cop City (First Responder training center) target. Suddenly, two cars with Washington state plates, driven by Extinction Rebellion black bloc professionals leading the trainings, spun sideways and blocked the roads behind the protesters, who started running, pulled apart the likely concrete-infused pvc holding together their banners, and began beating a row of cops with them and with black umbrellas with the tips shaved sharp. This same cabal used a neighborhood (babies in strollers) musical protest and "peace march" to run ahead and start firebombing construction equipment and police cars. And police.

Very, very few (some stupid lefty parents with strollers, maybe) of the "non-violent" beards for these attempted cop-killers looked surprised when all hell broke loose. It's all coordinated.

This video is insane. Skip forward to 11:30. A Portland cop is fighting with a white skell for control of his gun while the cop’s partner - a woman - is doing NOTHING to help. At 12:25 she “pounds” on the skell’s back with pathetically weak “punches” that I guarantee the skell didn’t even feel.

While ideally she should be fired with forfeiture of all pension rights I suppose a remedy would be to suspend her without pay for six months while the undergoes, at her own expense, an extremely rigorous full time fitness and strength program.

She should have stepped in and shot him with a real gun. But she might have hit her partner, and even if not she would definitely spend the rest of her life in courtrooms, maybe prison, and be doxxed and threatened as her superiors threw her and possibly her partner under the bus.

In those 30 seconds, she was constantly maneuvering and trying to get a clean shot with her tazer so she wouldn't hit her partner. A second cop joining the wrestling match with no clear sight of the gun may or may not have been more effective. It is not clear from the camera.

Police executives are political animals, in cities mostly leftists. They hate their own street cops. They tied those two cops' hands going into this altercation. They're the ones actually at fault.

Lived in Portland from 95'-07' & loved it early on to around 02'-microbrew culture, great clubs (of both the music & strip variety), great/walkable downtown w/amazing restaurants & arguably the most perfect weather starting the day after the 4th of July through late Oct. But for my last 5 years there I started to "notice" creeping negative changes. First the annoying as crap "gutter punks"-mostly probably at least decently well off young whiteys grubbing for change & just being douchey in general. Plus, the major influx captured in the show Portlandia of beyond libtard English majors w/BAs from the likes of oppressed colleges like Middlebury Vermont who couldn't find a job in their career at all so they had to suffer as wait staff making the super high min. wage PLUS tips! It got old fast. So glad I fled to the normal Burque in NM just like I did my hometown of Detroit in the early 90s when I was still in my 20s.

As I've mentioned, I've been researching the organization and funding of these new radical groups for about 20 years and infiltrating them, especially their trainings, since 2012 in Florida and Georgia.

Only the names of the organizations change. Causes are fungible; targets and messaging are highly coordinated, and leadership from different issue groups coalition seamlessly. Actions are funded by nonprofit Re-Funders (whose donors can be anonymous thanks to a tax loophole) and fronted by "human rights" groups like AFSC and certain Quaker congregations. Actions are orchestrated and carried out by technologically sophisticated trust-fund terrorists from elite grad schools, Canada (see Adbusters), Europeans, Palestinistians, and, most recently, Venezuelans.

I focus on the trainings because it's what I can safely do alone as a female at my age. But I also think the trainings are the most important thing to understand. That's how they recruit naive bodies for protests and identify new leaders and people willing to commit violence. It's also the best way to see their brainwashing tactics in action, which are shocking. The messages they beat into their supporters are the first step to permanently radicalizing entire generations, and you really have to see it to believe it. If I can stroll in the front door, reporters can do so too, and it's a disgrace that they don't even bother.

It's not hard to do what I do. I use my real name if asked. I'm sometimes thrown out but more often just watched. But every time I've tried to penetrate the places where the organizers are planning and interviewing potential recruits, I am immediately, physically ejected. These people are professional, international, Islamist, anarchist, communist, and Maoist terrorists. And they're coming for your children. We need a thousand Andy Ngos.

I saw that the Portland chapter of the World Naked Bike Ride deployed an emergency run to protest ICE.

You'd have to be a woke crazy to think that this would work. Either that or your brain is just that zonked out from heavy drug use. Then again, the Venn diagram crossover between woke crazy and heavy drug user is strong.

What makes this even crazier than usual is that this was an *emergency* version of this regular annual event, just for the purpose.

That's how you can tell that, if there is a method to this madness, a lot of this is designed for these people to show off (quite literally) for each other rather than win the actual fight or debate.

> Seriously, if you watched only the carefully curated national news, you’d have gotten the impression that (a) Antifa doesn’t exist; (b) Antifa is a civic betterment movement led by the public-spirited Wall of Moms; and (c) The peaceful protesters of Antifa were the Gandhi-like victims of Trumpian brutality.

On the other hand, some of us who are Pacific time zone night owls ... <

Sure there's an element to the time-zone issue, but c'mon.

This isn't because the media are all in bed, it is because they specialize in lying. Your "carefully curated" captures it. We've had 60+ of pretty much non-stop media twisting, spinning, lying to push and prop up the minoritarian narrative. Day and night. In every time zone.

Antifa is the street fighting arm of the Parasite Party--designed to harass, intimidate and silence any normie pushback against their narrative--attempts by normies and elected officials elected by normies to enforce laws and recover their nation. Ergo "Antifa doesn't exist".
