We are constantly told that Wokeness Is Over, but it sure doesn’t seem to be that way in the back of the newspaper’s soft news section that covers slow-moving culture institutions like art museums.

For example, the Chicago Art Institute fired all its volunteer white docents to replace them with paid black women.

In contrast, the Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields doesn’t have quite the superlative collection that the Art Institute does. Indianapolis’ single most famous painting might be Robert Indiana’s ultimate 1960s painting: LOVE from 1966.
