What's the West's Most Irish and Italian County?

And my other pitch for a TV show.

For a couple of years now, Cornell law student @SidKhurana3607 has been running a fun series of demographic and electoral questions and answers on Twitter using nationality data from the Census. He typically shows a map of the couple of thousand counties in the U.S. and asks his followers to guess which ethnicity is depicted based on its concentrations.

By now, he’s pretty much burned through all the straightforward ethnic questions, so lately he’s into more complicated ones, like Irish and Italian counties:

Somebody should make a gritty white ethnic TV cop drama about police partners named O'Hallihan and Linguini set in that one Irish & Italian county in the scenic San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado.

But …

That’s disappointing.

Now, that’s the spirit!

I'd watch a show about a weird Twin Peaks-type small town in the Rockies where the FBI sticks all the country’s turncoat State’s Evidence gangsters.
