Yezhov is vanished, now Chavez, who will be cancelled next?

Cesar Chavez was a huge hero of the left during the late 1960s and early 1970s, but he went totally off the rails by the later 1970s when he became a crazed Synanon cult leader.

Still, that didn’t hurt Chavez’s reputation. After all, there were few Mexican-American heroes, so countless streets and monuments were inscribed in his honor.

Still, it’s remarkable how fast Cesar Chavez has been unpersonned this week. Was Stalin’s mass murderer Yezhov unpersonned quite as fast after Stalin decided mass murder was out of fashion?

After all, Chavez was a huge hero to the Democratic Party for decades, and then in mere days, he’s gone.
