The whole concept looks to me to be a victim of a pincer attack from meritocracy on one side and the intersectional victim hierarchy on the other. My read of it is that it is less about wealth, which in a meritocratic capitalist society often has obvious sources and beneficiaries like Elon Musk and Starlink for example, and more about using social power that has no obvious source other than your genes.

"Young" may just mean 17, which is not technically illegal in New York, or even 19, which is not illegal anywhere, but the appearance of underage exploitation was leverage enough to collect these videos and keep them secure.

You're missing the point I think.
